Executive & Leadership Coaching
I am completing a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, alongside 15 years of lived experience leading at VP level in a global company and years of mentoring senior professionals informally. My niche is specific: non-traditional leaders, neurodivergent professionals and people who have succeeded in corporate environments but never quite felt like they fully belonged there. This is not generic leadership coaching. It is for people who already perform at a high level and want to figure out how to do it in a way that actually feels like them.

My approacH
I do not use a fixed framework or a one-size-fits-all methodology. Every engagement starts with where you actually are — not where a process says you should be. Sessions are direct, honest and built around what you need to think through, not what a coaching manual says we should cover.
I bring three things most coaches cannot: real VP-level executive experience, a genuine understanding of what it means to lead differently, and the research and thinking behind a forthcoming leadership book. That combination means the conversations go further and faster than standard coaching.
Engagements typically run for three to six months. Most clients come back.
