Communication & Presence Coaching
Most communication coaching teaches you to be more — more polished, more assertive, more performative. This is the opposite of that. The goal is to help you communicate in a way that is genuinely yours: clear, direct and impossible to ignore without becoming someone you are not. I work with individuals preparing for high-stakes moments and with teams who want to communicate better together. The result is not a performance. It is a clearer, more confident version of how you already think and speak.
The experience
Keynote speaker since 2019 at global leadership conferences and corporate events across Europe and North America. I teach what I practise.

My approacH
Communication coaching works best when it starts from who you actually are, not from a template of how a confident communicator is supposed to sound. I do not teach you to project more or speak louder or fill silence with noise. I help you figure out what you are actually trying to say, and then say it in a way that is unmistakably yours.
Sessions are practical. We work on real material — your actual presentation, your real pitch, the conversation you are dreading. Not hypotheticals. Not role-play scenarios designed for someone else's situation.
I bring the perspective of someone who has communicated at the highest levels — in front of European energy ministers, global media and board rooms — while also being someone who has never found that easy or natural. That combination is what makes this different.
