Over the last 15 months, I have had the opportunity and the challenge of leading a team through a global pandemic. This is something I never expected to do and could never have envisioned even in my wildest dreams/nightmares! What I expected to last a few weeks has lasted for months and it’s been a huge learning experience on the professional front.
