I’m an introvert. And I’m a people leader.

People expect leaders to be loud, outgoing, and always at the center of attention—but that’s not me.

Luckily, introverts have incredible leadership strengths:

āœ” We listen before we speak

āœ” We think before we act

āœ” We share the spotlight

āœ” We stay calm under pressure

Here are 6 tipsĀ that have helped me thrive as an introverted leader:

1ļøāƒ£ Sit and Listen – Take your time before speaking. I remind myself to be like Gandalf or Dumbledore—thoughtful, wise, and intentional.

2ļøāƒ£ Be Open About Your Personality – Let people know how you work best. It makes everything easier.

3ļøāƒ£ Ask More Questions – You don’t need all the answers. Good questions often lead to great solutions.

4ļøāƒ£ Share the Spotlight – Visibility isn’t just for leaders. Elevate your team.

5ļøāƒ£ Build Downtime Into Your Day – Block time to recharge. It makes a huge difference.

6ļøāƒ£ Don’t Pretend to Be an Extrovert – Leading your way is always the best way.

šŸ“Œ Introverts, what’s your best leadership tip? Let’s discuss!
