I’m an introvert. And I’m a people leader.

People expect leaders to be loud, outgoing, and always at the center of attention—but that’s not me.

Luckily, introverts have incredible leadership strengths:

✔ We listen before we speak

✔ We think before we act

✔ We share the spotlight

✔ We stay calm under pressure

Here are 6 tips that have helped me thrive as an introverted leader:

1️⃣ Sit and Listen – Take your time before speaking. I remind myself to be like Gandalf or Dumbledore—thoughtful, wise, and intentional.

2️⃣ Be Open About Your Personality – Let people know how you work best. It makes everything easier.

3️⃣ Ask More Questions – You don’t need all the answers. Good questions often lead to great solutions.

4️⃣ Share the Spotlight – Visibility isn’t just for leaders. Elevate your team.

5️⃣ Build Downtime Into Your Day – Block time to recharge. It makes a huge difference.

6️⃣ Don’t Pretend to Be an Extrovert – Leading your way is always the best way.

📌 Introverts, what’s your best leadership tip? Let’s discuss!
