Daily learning: While listening to a podcast earlier this week, I heard about the idea of swapping the word “got” with the word “get” to create a more positive and grateful mindset around one’s life and avoid automatic negative thoughts. Don’t say I got to pick up the kids, but I GET to pick up the kids. Don’t say I got to train, but I GET to train. Don’t say I got to eat right, but I GET to eat right.

Sounds a little cheesy but I will try this trick for a week and see where it takes me.

Swap got to get
swap got to get
