What is it like to be out at work?

Should you come out at the office?

What about if you have colleagues in other countries where being gay isn't something people mention out loud?

Should the corporate world support more their employees to be able to be out at work and for colleagues who are less exposed to diversity to be better equipped when meeting gay colleagues?

I think so! It's not as easy as one might think to be gay at work.
