I was listening to a podcast earlier today on my way to work (yes, I do that a lot 😉) and heard the following advice I thought I'd share:
Adding the word "yet" to our thoughts can turn negative or pessimist thoughts into positive ones. I have not succeeded 𝗬𝗘𝗧. I have not reach my goal 𝗬𝗘𝗧. It's a simple trick, which I have not tried 𝗬𝗘𝗧 😉 but will give it a shot! 🚀
